New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.93 million Buffered PLUS linked to Nasdaq, Russell, Dow
New York, Nov. 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.93 million of 0% Buffered PLUS due Oct. 4, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150.65% of the return of that index.
Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines by 30% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 30%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
