New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2 million buffered autocallable jump securities on S&P 500

New York, June 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2 million of 0% buffered jump securities with autocallable feature due June 15, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically at a price to give a return of 12.5% per year and on any subsequent determination date.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index finishes below its initial level but declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
