New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.49 million 0% autocallable jump securities linked to four indexes

New York, Dec. 4 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.49 million of jump securities with autocallable feature due April 2, 2024 linked to Nasdaq-100 index, Dow Jones industrial average, MSCI Emerging Markets index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically starting March 29, 2022. The notes will be called if all four indexes finish above their redemption levels on any quarterly determination date at a rate of par plus annual 8.5% redemption premium. The redemption levels on the first determination date is 100% of the initial levels. The redemption threshold will step down 5% each quarter.

At maturity the payout will be par plus 25.5% if the worst performing index finishes above its 60% of its initial level.

Investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index if it finishes below its 60% trigger level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
