New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.09 million buffered digital notes on EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, May 19 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.09 million of 0% buffered digital notes due July 20, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6.55%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
