New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $11.83 million trigger callable yield notes on Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $11.83 million of 4.8% trigger callable yield notes due Aug. 10, 2021 linked to the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes are callable at par on any coupon payment date after three months.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 unless the ETF finishes below its 55% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the ETF.
