Matterhorn buys back CHF 9.95 million, €21.97 million notes

New York, May 24 – Matterhorn Mobile SA’s Matterhorn Telecom SA subsidiary bought back CHF 9,949,000 of its 3 5/8% senior secured notes due 2022 and its Matterhorn Telecom Holding SA subsidiary bought back €21,971,000 of its 4 7/8% senior notes due 2023.

The 3 5/8% notes were purchased between April 25 and May 3 while the 4 7/8% notes were acquired between April 26 and May 4, according to notices from the issuers.

After the buybacks the notes were cancelled leaving CHF 431,071,000 of the 3 5/8% notes outstanding and €191,647,000 of the 4 7/8% notes outstanding.
