By Susanna Moon
Chicago, June 24 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price call warrants expiring June 29, 2018 linked to the MDAX Total Return Index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notional amount is $1,000 per warrant. The price will be $170 per warrant, or 17% of the notional amount. The minimum purchase requirement is 59 warrants.
The warrants will be automatically exercised on the expiration date. The cash settlement amount will be $1,000 times the index return unless the index finishes below its initial level, in which case the warrants will expire worthless and the payout will be zero.

The warrants will price on June 26 and settle on July 1.
