MSRB starts Twitter feed to widen news reach to municipal community

Chicago, July 11 - The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board said it began using Twitter to spread public updates on municipal market regulation as well as information about municipal market transparency and the MSRB's Electronic Municipal Market Access website at emma.msrb.org.

The MSRB's twitter feed is @MSRB_News, according to a press release.

The board noted that it will continue to announce municipal market news and updates through press releases, regulatory notices and e-mails to subscribers.
