Mueller Water Products plans new credit facility to refinance debt

New York, Aug. 16 - Mueller Water Products Inc. plans on getting a new credit facility, according to a news release.

Proceeds from the facility, along with $225 million of senior notes, will be used to refinance the company's existing credit facility.

Mueller Water Products is an Atlanta-based manufacturer and marketer of products and services that are used in the transmission and distribution of drinking water and in water treatment facilities.
