New Issue: JPMorgan sells $25.52 million partial principal at risk notes on MSCI Europe

Olympia, Wash., May 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $25.52 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due May 27, 2021 tied to the MSCI Europe index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus 183% of any index gain.

If the index finishes flat or declines, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $9.00 per note.
