Chicago, June 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.14 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 20, 2024 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 142% of the return.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to its 65% trigger level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% of decline from the initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
