Tacoma, Wash., April 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.63 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due April 30, 2021 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum return of 20%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 22% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index may decline beyond 22%.
