JPMorgan plans uncapped contingent buffered equity notes on MSCI EM

Olympia, Wash., July 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due Aug. 3, 2020 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to at least 21.5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level if the index falls by more than the contingent buffer.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 48129MQ41) will price on July 26 and settle on Aug. 2.
