New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.09 million trigger PLUS linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 12 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.09 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 11, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 180.22% of the gain.

If the index falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
