Morgan Stanley plans PLUS due 2019 tied to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Olympia, Wash., May 31 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 3, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain up to a maximum payment of $12.72 per PLUS.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 15 and settle on June 20.

The Cusip number is 61768Q585.
