Chicago, July 29 - Morgan Stanley priced $4.76 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 30, 2011 based on the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum of $12.06 per note.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
