New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.74 million dual directional trigger jump securities on MSCI index

New York, Oct. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.74 million of 0% dual directional trigger jump securities due Oct. 4, 2028 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return and 40.5%.

If the index declines but finishes at or above the 75% downside threshold, investors will receive par plus the absolute value of the index return.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
