New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.22 million capped leveraged notes on Russell

Columbus, Ohio, March 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.22 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Sept. 29, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 500% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,310 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
