New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $350 million add-on to floaters due 2018

Virginia Beach, May 13 - Morgan Stanley priced a $350 million add-on to its existing floating-rate notes (Baa2/A-/A) due April 25, 2018 on Monday. The notes priced at 102.162 with a coupon of Libor plus 128 basis points, according to a FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The original $700 million issue at par on April 25, 2013, and a $234,425,000 add-on was issued on April 30, 2014.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC was the bookrunner.
