Omaha, April 23 - Morgan Stanley priced $1.5 billion 6% seven-year medium-term notes on Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 275 basis points, market sources said.
Price talk was in the 275 bps area, a source said.
The non-callable notes (Aa3/AA-AA-) priced at 99.876.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. was the agent.
The financial services company is based in New York City.
