Omaha, April 1 - Morgan Stanley reopened its 10-year 6.625% medium-term notes Tuesday to add $250 million, a market source said.
Total issuance is now $2.5 billion, including $2.25 billion priced March 27.
The add-on notes (Aa3/AA-/AA-) priced at Treasuries plus 300 basis points. The original $2.25 billion came at Treasuries plus 290 bps.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. was agent.
