Mongolia Growth won't conduct C$10 million private placement of units

Non-brokered offering cancelled due to unsettled market conditions

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 16 - Mongolia Growth Group Ltd. said it has cancelled plans for a C$10 million non-brokered private placement of units due to unsettled market conditions. The deal priced on Aug. 12.

The Calgary, Alta., company explores for copper and gold.
