MoneyGram amends loan, getting extension of limited waiver

New York, Jan. 31 - MoneyGram International, Inc. amended its credit facility, extending a limited waiver of defaults arising from investment portfolio losses that are expected to be reflected as impairments in financial statements at year end, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.

The waiver has been extended through May 1.

The amendment was completed on Jan. 25.

JPMorgan is the administrative agent on the deal.
