New Issue: BofA Merrill Lynch prices $88,507 more Elements linked to MLCX Biofuels for Svensk

Chicago, Oct. 3 – AB Svensk Exportkredit priced an additional $88,507 of 0% Elements due Feb. 13, 2023 linked to the MLCX Biofuels Index – Total Return via BofA Merrill Lynch, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The $100,000 principal amount add-on priced at 88.507 for proceeds of $88,507.

In total, the company has priced $28.7 million principal amount of the notes. The original $4 million of notes priced at par of $10 on Feb. 11, 2008.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, less an annual investor fee of 0.75%.

The notes are putable on weekly repurchase dates. There is a minimum put requirement of $5 million of securities.

The notes are listed on NYSE Arca under the symbol "FUE."
