By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Jan. 30 - Peru's Minsur SA set talk in the mid-to-high-6% area for its upcoming $400 million offering of 10-year notes (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-), a syndicate source said.

Scotiabank, BofA Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which is expected to price on Friday.

The proceeds will be used for debt repayment and for general corporate purposes.

The notes include a make-whole call.

Minsur is a mining company based in Lima.
