St. Louis Sewer District, Mo., to price $52.25 million bonds Thursday

New York, Dec. 2 - The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District of Missouri is set to price $52.25 million of series 2011 wastewater revenue bonds on Thursday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa1/AAA/AA+) will be sold on a competitive basis with Public Financial Management Inc. and ButcherMark Financial Advisors LLC as the financial advisers.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2032.

Proceeds will be used to construct, replace, repair and install wastewater facilities within the metropolitan St. Louis area.
