Moody's ups Mercury loans to B1

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded Mercury Payment Systems, LLC's ratings, including its corporate family rating to B1 from B2 and the ratings for its senior secured credit facilities to B1 from B2.

The outlook is stable.

Mercury is in the process of amending its credit agreement to reduce pricing for its first-lien term loans, the agency said.
