New York, Dec. 16 - MagnaChip Semiconductor LLC amended its credit facility, waiving any defaults until Dec. 19, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

In addition, the lenders have agreed, under certain circumstances, to continue making credit extensions to the company.

The amendment was completed on Dec. 10.

UBS is the administrative agent on the deal.

MagnaChip is a Korea-based designer and manufacturer of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products.
