MagnaChip Semiconductor to repay loan borrowings with notes proceeds

New York, March 24 - MagnaChip Semiconductor LLC plans to repay credit facility debt using proceeds from a $250 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds will be used to fund a distribution to shareholders and for working capital.

MagnaChip is a South Korea-based designer and manufacturer of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products.
