New Issue: Lima Metro Line sells $563.18 million 4.35% notes due 2036

New York, Aug. 7 – Peru’s Lima Metro Line 2 Finance II Ltd. has sold $563,175,000 of 4.35% series 2019-1 senior secured notes due 2036, according to a regulatory notice.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Lima Metro Line 2 is a government initiative that aims to improve the public transportation infrastructure in Lima.
