Lupatech, subsidiaries win approval of court-supervised reorganization

Pittsburgh, June 23 – Lupatech SA received approval of the court-supervised reorganization filed jointly with other subsidiaries of the Lupatech group in a decision issued by the First Court of Bankruptcy and Judicial Recovery of São Paulo, according to a news release.

As previously reported, the company filed for court-supervised reorganization on May 25.

Lupatech manufactures industrial materials and is based in Caxias do Sul, Brazil.
