China’s Longfor Properties plans notes offering to refinance debt

Columbus, Ohio, July 5 – Longfor Properties Co. Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of notes, according to an announcement.

Goldman Sachs, Haitong International and Morgan Stanley are the joint global coordinators for the Regulation S deal and are joined as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers by Bank of China (Hong Kong) and HSBC.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Longfor is a Beijing investment holding company.
