Hong Kong’s Lifestyle names bookrunners for dollar-denominated bonds

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 21 – Lifestyle International Holdings Ltd. said it plans to conduct an offering of fixed-rate dollar-denominated bonds.

The bonds will be issued by subsidiary LS Finance (2017) Ltd. and guaranteed by Lifestyle International.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc and UBS AG Hong Kong Branch are the joint global coordinators and are the joint bookrunners along with Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd.

Marketing was expected to begin shortly after the announcement.

The terms of the proposed bonds will be determined through a bookbuilding exercise.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including future acquisitions and investments in the group’s core business.

Lifestyle International is a retail operator based in Hong Kong.
