Lennar files automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., June 25 - Lennar Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration in an F-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers class A common stock, class B common stock, preferred stock, participating preferred stock, depositary shares, debt securities, warrants and units.

Debt securities and preferreds may be convertible.

Lennar, a Miami-based homebuilder, will specify in the prospectus supplement of each issue how it intends to use the proceeds.
