Lazard U.S. High Yield Portfolio swaps portfolio managers

San Diego, Dec. 31 - The Lazard U.S. High Yield Portfolio added David R. Cleary to its portfolio management team, effective in January, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Joining existing portfolio manager Thomas M. Dzwil, Cleary will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio but not for its day-to-day management.

J. William Charlton is no longer a portfolio manager for the fund.

New York-based Lazard Asset Management LLC serves as the investment manager to the fund.
