S&P assigns Kiloutou notes B+

S&P said it assigned B+ issue and 3 recovery ratings to the planned €150 million of senior secured floating-rate notes, maturing in 2027, that Kapla Holding SA. (Kiloutou) plans to issue.

The assigned ratings are consistent with S&P’s ratings on Kiloutou’s other senior secured debt.

Kiloutou is expected to use the proceeds to repay the €150 million bridge loan, in place since April 2022 to fund its acquisition of GSV in Denmark for about €190 million.

The outlook is stable.
