Kindred At Home talks $2.3 billion loan at Libor plus 275-300 bps

New York, Jan. 27 – Kindred At Home is shopping a $2.3 billion term loan that is talked at Libor plus 275 basis points to 300 bps with a 0% Libor floor and a par issue price, according to a market source.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the lead on the deal.
Proceeds will be used to reprice an existing term loan.
Kindred At Home is a provider of home health and hospice services.
