Korian increases conversion rates of convertible Odirnanes, Oceanes

By Cady Vishniac

Detroit, Oct. 29 – Korian SA increased the conversion ratio of its convertible bonds in the Odirnane structure to 1.133 shares per Odirnane from 1.038 shares per Odirnane and bonds in the Oceane structure to 1.091 shares per Oceane from 1 share per Oceane.

The adjustments are due to a capital increase with shareholders’ preferential subscription rights announced on Oct. 8.

Subject to the completion of the capital increase, the new conversion ratios go into effect on Nov. 2.

Korian is a Paris-based care and support services provider for the elderly.
