KKR CLO 11 set to redeem class A, B, C, D and E notes on Dec. 1

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 2 – KKR CLO 11 Ltd. and KKR CLO 11 LLC will redeem their class A, class B, class C, class D and class E notes in full using refinancing proceeds on Dec. 1, according to a notice.

The redemption is being made at the direction of the holders of a majority of the subordinated notes.

The notes include $352 million of class A notes, $68 million of class B notes, $25.5 million of class C notes, $35.25 million of class D notes and $27 million of class E notes.

All of the notes will be redeemed at the outstanding principal amounts plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

KKR Financial Advisors II, LLC manages the CLO, which priced in May 2015.

The firm is a subsidiary of KKR Asset Management, LLC.
