Moody's ups Kratos to SGL-2
Moody's Investors Service said it has raised the speculative-grade liquidity rating of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions to SGL-2 from SGL-3 and affirmed the corporate family rating of B3.
Concurrently, the outlook has been restored to stable from positive due to a less favorable U.S. defense budgetary environment, the agency said.
According to Moody's, the outlook has been changed to stable from positive as the U.S. defense spending environment will limit the extent of revenue opportunities.
