New York, March 27 – Korea National Oil Corp. has issued HK$160 million of 2½% five-year notes, which will be listed on the Singapore exchange on Monday, according to a regulatory notice.
HSBC was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.
Korea National Oil is an oil and gas production and exploration company based in Anyang, South Korea.
