Moody's rates Korea Housing bonds Aa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive long-term rating of Aa3 to the $500 million 4.125% covered bonds due 2015 issued by Korea Housing Finance Corp.

The covered bonds constitute direct, unconditional and unsubordinated general obligations of the company, Moody's said, and have a priority claim on a dynamic pool of mortgage loans secured by residential real estate in Korea.
