Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 29 - Kona Grill, Inc. settled a $1 million private placement of stock on Dec. 22 with James R. Jundt, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold common shares at $1.19 apiece.

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Kona Grill is a chain of restaurants.
