Kinetic Concepts shareholder reports sale of 427,921 shares

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 2 - Kinetic Concepts, Inc. investors led by Blum Capital Partners, LP sold 427,921 shares of the company's stock between Dec. 23 and Dec. 30.

The shares were priced from $18.0574 to $18.3290 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Blum beneficially owns 5,620,409 shares, or 7.8%, of the San Antonio medical technology company.
