New Issue: Kansas Department of Transportation prices $144.89 million of bonds

New York, Oct. 2 - The Kansas Department of Transportation priced $144,885,000 of series 2012B highway revenue refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa1/AAA/AA+) were sold competitively.
The bonds are due 2019 to 2022 with 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund the department's series 2004A highway revenue bonds.
