JPMorgan plans CDs due 2020 tied to J.P. Morgan Meridian index

Morgantown, W.Va., May 15 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Nov. 30, 2020 linked to the J.P. Morgan Meridian index, according to a term sheet.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% to 140% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor.
The CDs will price May 29.
The Cusip number is 48126Y7F4.
