New Issue: JPMorgan sells $520,000 digital notes linked to Banco Bradesco

Chicago, Dec. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $520,000 of 0% digital notes due Feb. 26, 2020 linked to the American Depositary Shares, each representing one preference share, of Banco Bradesco SA, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the shares finish at or above its initial price, the payout will be par plus 12%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the shares from their initial price.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
