JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 23, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain, capped at par plus 26.7%.
If the ETF declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Nov. 20.
The Cusip number is 48132FJ64.
