Olympia, Wash., Aug. 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.75 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation notes due Aug. 18, 2021 tied to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times the ETF return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,237 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
