Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.6 million of uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due Aug. 3, 2020 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 21.5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level if the index falls by more than the 21.5% contingent buffer.
